I visited this location June 6, 2024! My experience has always been great at this location Isaac is always very welcoming and polite! Worst branch ever, did a deposit and got the wrong amount on the despot slip. Went back to complain and instead of hearing me out, they automatically put me at fault, minutes later after the till was verified they corrected their mistake but still stated it was my fault. This branch is THE WORST. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. When you finally get through the lambrynth of the IVR system, and finally get it to ring to someone THEY HANG UP ON YOU WITHOUT A WORD!!! This has happned NUMEROUS times to me.
