As a loyal Chase customer, it was the worst experience so far. They don't know how to open a checking account for an international student. And we have to came back later to provide additional information. Funny thing is that hey don't even know what additional material we should provide.

I wanted to open a savings account. I waited in line for 15 min. When I was finally called, I was told "it's too close to closing", by the manager! He offered me to the option of coming back after the holiday weekend. I'm disappointed.

I went to this branch of Chase bank after a bad experience at another Chase location. This branch tackled the issue and resolved it without any difficulty. My personal banker, Brandon, has always had a helpful attitude and tries very hard to solve any issues or transactions that I have needed. He did it again this time. Thank you Chase for having a location and employees that know how to help the customer.

There are some chases that I wouldnt mind closing down. Although there was no line and I explained to multiple people i was in the middle of a lunch meeting and needed to hurry. They made me jump through all sorts of hoops that none of 100's of chases have ever had me do. Withdrawling $25 bucks from any other chase wouldve take. My 5 minutes... this chase took 25. Needless to say i missed out on my business lunch.
