I can only comment on Karla Fernandez, an officer at Chase. She was wonderful and helpful in opening a new account.

The ATM won't take deposits. One won't at all, and the other won't read cash and spits it all back out. This is ridiculous

Today I received by far the worse customer service I have ever received at Chase bank and I have banked with them since 2007. Teller talked over me, was unprofessional, and basically ended my transaction denying me service for no reason.
