They wouldn't notarize my document because someone else's signature was on it and they didn't have a Chase account. What a great bank!

I opened up my first business account here over a decade ago and let's just say the service has really gone downhill at this location. Phones are never answered, and they have no real interest in keeping your business. I will definitely look to do business elsewhere.
