two lady's there didn't know how to use the foot measure device . Don't understand why work at a shoe store if you can't use that . very unprofessional . They also don't have much shoes for toddlers .

I want to tell everyone that I have only been to this place 2 times and if I found what I was looking for they sell good quality BUT WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY HOUSE I REALIZED THAT I FORGOT MY PHONE THERE I WAS SURPRISED WHEN I DIALED MY OWN NUMBER AND THE EMPLOYEE HE TELLS ME CAN HE PICK UP HIS PHONE I SAID HOW HONORED ??

I was in the area actually stopped by the Starbucks for a drink before heading to a mall 45 mins away because the Champs at that location wasn't answering the phone and I wanted to see if they had a shoe in stock in my size. Anyway...spotted this store from the Starbucks drive thru and figured I'd go in to see if they had the shoe. Thank God I did because they were able to check for me and also pulled a few other shoes for me to try. The young man was very helpful and seemed happy to assist me. The store was clean, fully staffed and had a lot of options I hadn't seen online. I was surprised to see such a clean, bright store in this area. It's about time they brought some stores to this underserved area. I just found out that they e actually been here for 2 years! Go Redbird, lol!! I'm happy to say that I'd definitely come back to this location for my next purchase.
