I write this review in good faith. Without her assistance and guidance, there’s no way that I could’ve purchased a home. She reviewed my circumstance in detail and worked with me on getting a loan, for the right home that had very specific needs, for over a year… she could’ve dropped me at any point and paid more attention to current clients, but she helped me make rational and financially responsible choices.

I never leave a 5 star review. However, Chalamaine is definitely the exception! We were first time homebuyers with a plethora of questions. Chalamaine was patient and made us feel very secure and heard. I most definitely would recommend her! If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy, she is definitely your woman!

I started working with Chalamaine and her team in late September and I am so happy I was able to get my closing scheduled so quickly.Everyone knows that buying a home for the first time can be stressful and overwhelming but Gold Financial Services was there for me anytime I had questions or concerns.I would highly recommend Chalamaine and her team. The beginning of my home buying journey with this company and Charlemagne my realtor was pleasant. The beginning of this process was Straightforward and and educational. Any questions or concerns that I had in the beginning were quickly answered or addressed. I will say that no fault of Charlemagne the closing process was a little more difficult and sometimes upsetting but all in all I am happy with the end results. I am loving my new home! If you are looking to purchase a new home I could not suggest a better lending company or realtor to work with. Prior to closing on my new home I worked with a few other lending companies that refused to work with what I had. so I am grateful to this company for making my dream happen.

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and she made the entire process so much easier than I thought it would be.Chalamaine was always available to answer my questions, even when I called or texted her late in the evening . She was also very patient with me, as I was a first-time homebuyer and I didn't know much about the process.She helped me find the perfect home for my needs and budget, and she negotiated a great price for me. I would like to say Chalamaine and her team did a phenomenal job on getting my family and I in our dream home. Even when things got hard, they never stop working to get us approved for our home loan. I’m remember she was at her son’s game still working and guiding us through this process. Even saved us 1700$ at closing. This team right here are amazing fron Jose to Jennifer down too my all time favorite "Go GETTER" Chalamaine! This was such a fun experience to work with this team, that I am almost contemplating joining their team (no jokes). I have never in my life worked with a team of people that out "worked" me!! They never gave up on me and when I was in doubt or worry, they were always there to see me through! Everyone told me this process would take 30 to 90 days to happen. Not MY team, they made it all happen within 21 days. My Realtor knew what she was doing when she choice this team of Lenders to work with! I cannot express how thankful I am to be able to say they made this happen for me and less than a month! If you need some faith restored within your buying process, I suggest you get you a team like this one here!

When my wife and I started looking for our first home we were working with Gold Financial services. We had credit issues and we were working on fixing those issues. From the get go I felt as if we are 2nd class citizens and do feel as if because of our race they did not want to put any effort into helping us achieve buying my family and I our home. After months of working on. Our credit and getting our scores up Charlemagne flat out told us we needed almost 44 k down and the loan was not going to happen. So I decided to go to a different lender. Let me tell you that within 3 hours of Fairway mortgage company getting my application we were approved by the Veterans affairs home loan with no money down. Tina Wilson and Jamie Cooley were able to make my dream of providing a beautiful home for my wife and kids come true. I would suggest that any veterans that are looking to buy a home stay as far away from this place as Gold Financial services didn't even wanna try the VA home loan. I feel as if us being white and me being a disabled veteran we were discriminated against. I would not give them any stars but I had to give them 1...
