Words cannot express how grateful and happy I am with the service we received from Chacho’s. I can guarantee they also have the best prices in town. My son was in an accident Saturday morning traveling through Dallas. Accident caused some parts to become damage and causing his truck not to operate. I found Chacho’s on Google and based on the reviews I knew they were who I wanted to use. I called them early and they answered. They assured me they could take care of the repairs. Not only did they repair the truck but they took the time to fix the lights that were also damaged. It took me 3 hours to get to my son. Shortly after my arrival, his truck was Fixed, and we were able to drive back home to Austin. If I lived locally, I would use no one else for my repairs. I would always use Chacho’s Auto Electric!!! AAA+++ Thank You All for everything ❤️

I can honestly say I am very satisfied with there services have took my truck to 3 other places before this place they all said it was my motor until I took it here and the found the problem thank God and thank them it was not my motor and they where able to fix my truck I am one happy customer will highly recommend them any time 10/10 service very friendly as will .....

Worst service ever as soon as a got there no one approached me to see what I needed to get fixed on my vehicle 5 minutes later got to talk to chacho and didn’t let me finish explain what I need to get fixed in my vehicle when he “ASSUMED” I need $1,000 to get it fixed with them without even putting computer to check what was really needed to be fixed and gave me a 100% effective solution to fix the issue and told me to comeback when I had the money to pay when all I wanted was a ESTIMATE !!! DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE SINCE HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISHONEST AND WILL CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND LEG AND WILL “ASSUME” what’s the problem without using a computer to find out what the problem can be actually solved.

The owner is quite unfriendly and the prices are very high. I wouldn't recommend going here. I ended up getting my car repaired just down the road for a third of the price.

I’m so grateful to have found this place !! Our tail lights completely stopped working on the way to Arizona and we found this gem coming through Dallas and stopped in and he was readily available to help us! We were in and out in under 2 hours and the price was shockingly low. Everyone was so nice and knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend this shop !

I just had my car serviced, everyone one there was so friendly and explained what was wrong in terms that I understood. They were well priced too and that was just the cherry on top. I will be going back if any where to happen to my car again.

Took my charger and they fixed it!! They did not stop working on it until it was completely fixed and they did it in a timely manner. True professionals and reasonable prices for the job they do. I would highly recommend anyone having electrical issues with their car, go to Chacho's, they will get the job done ?

Dealer quoted me $6k to fix a headlight short i had, Chachos fixed it for $280. Just a corroded ground instead of the "needs a new wiring harness" like the dealership told me. I tell everyone I know to come here. Don't go anywhere else, this should be you first and only stop!

I took my car to a automotive shop and they could not fix it so I took it to the Lexus dealership and the part needed was discontinued. They couldn't fix it, I was referred by a friend to try Chacho's. I called and Chacho was very informative, I sent him the pictures from Lexus and told him what they diagnosed, and without delay he said I can fix it. I had my car towed immediately to his shop and he did just that FIX IT!!! I am so pleased with the work he did. I will always use his shop for any automotive needs. You will not be disappointed. His entire staff is friendly and they are very professional.
