Halilee was amazing! He fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes! Beyond that, he is a wonderful, good hearted person - I was so glad to meet him and share a good deed for someone struggling! His thoughtfulness and his abilities are both excellent!

My son’s iPad was having issues. The home button wasn’t pressing down. Stopped in here yesterday to see if he could repair and he said he would have it done by next day. As promised, he texted today that it was ready and fixed. Excellent customer service and conversation. Will definitely be back the next time iPad or phone isn’t working properly and will be recommending others to come as well.

I took my iPad randomly in for repair. The owner/technician spent quite a long time talking to me- explaining what needed to be done, how long the repairs would take & the cost for the repair. I left it & it was exactly as he told me. I believe he is tenured in his job which makes him somewhat of an expert in my books. The location is on the SW corner of Belt Line & 75 in Richardson. It’s across the lot from the now-closed Krispy Kreme Donut Shop & around the corner from TJ MAXX. I believe this man’s skill set is superb & his customer service skills are off -the-chart high. I like getting a reliable repair source for my things because they all are destined to need service along the way. I felt his pricing for the repair was exactly in-line for similar work I’ve needed in the past. I felt he valued me as a customer & was geared towards making sure I would be a repeat customer. I had to give him 5 STARS because he gave me exceptional service, an unexpected “gift with purchase”, & this was in addition to my first-time client discount. I feel very confident referring him to other people. He is the type of person I root for to be successful.

Best customer service !!I went to certified cell phone repair shop to have repair work for my iPhone . The technician first checked the phone and explained me the issues and it’s cost to fixing it. Their price is very reasonable. I am happy with their service and highly recommended this business. .

I been needing my phone fixed for the longes and I really didn’t want to pay for another nor did I want to spend a lot of money I got my phone fixed for a lil bit of nothing plus i had a lot wrong with my phone in the beginning now after I got it fixed it looks and acts like a brand new phone. Our experience was Amazing! The owner is a very kind, helpful, and friendly man who gave us a free estimate of my damaged phone within 10 minutes.The Apple store had told me it was too expensive to repair, but Certified Cell Phone fixed my phone in 1 hour for an extremely reasonable price.Not to mention, he offered advice on how to care for the phone to avoid future issues.Do yourself a favor and use Certified Cell Phone for any repairs you need. You will be glad you did. I 100% Recommend this shop.

I went to certified cell phone repair shop to get my iPhone 10x Max screen fixed. I accidentally dropped it on a concrete and it had a bright green line on the side. When I look for a local phone repair places this place came up on the first list and has 4.8 stars. After calling around and get some estimates I decided to take it to certified cell phone repair shop and the person who fixed my phone was so professional and nice. He offered me some water and he fixed my phone screen with in a few min. He gave me very reasonable price comparing to other places. I am so pleased with his service. I recommend him to everyone who wants to get their phone fixed. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He offers a great service with great price ?
