First and LAST time I come here. Very rude and bad customer service. Got my window tint and they did it wrong TWICE asked me to come back because they were “busy” and when I did old Hispanic man was very rude and told me to leave because this is their shop and they won’t stop just because of me when clearly I told them I informed then I lived an hour away and I was told to come back that day to get my window tint fixed and this teenager told me for sure that guy that does window tint will be there but clearly he wasn’t.. and I was told to leave.

This is the most horrible glass and tint place in all of oak cliff windshield leaks tint peeling off stole my radio and my change this guy need HELP NOT TO MENTION STOLE ALL MY ROACHES AUTO U NEEDA DO BETTA

I got in contact with the owner of this business through Facebook because he listed a fender on Facebook Marketplace that I needed. The listing showed a white fender in great shape. We agreed on a price and time of pick up. I drove almost an hour to pick up the part and when I showed up he brought out a fender that had came off an ambulance and it had blue stripes all over it from when it was on the ambulance and it had a 3 inch square hole on the side from the light the ambulance had on the side. And it was all scratched up as well. I didn't buy it because it wasn't what I needed or what I agreed on picking up. The guy could have disclosed this from the beginning and not wasted my time coming from almost an hour away. I wanted to share this experience because I thought this was such a shady way of doing business. Why not disclose this to the customer from the start instead of tricking them into buying something different than what was listed.
