I had multiple big items delivered from Homedepot by various carrier, central transport was the only extremely bad experience. They call me and tell me that someone needs to be home to sign for delivery, since they don't give you a time window I took the day off just to take care of this. The driver came never knocked on my door or got my signature and left the 350 lb box in the middle of my driveway blocking the entry to my garage. I called the driver after realizing this and he said it wasn't his problem and hung up.

Sent An entire pallet of Engines/Parts from Texas to Arizona. I was worried because of the previous reviews but I couldnt be more impressed. Not a scratch on the entire pallet. Not only that they helped the customer load it up even after driving down his really long/ hard to find driveway (out in the country). Only took 4 days too. Will defintely be using them again. Hopefully these same results will be consisent. Thanks CTll

Central transport took a shipment of 2 pallets from Dallas to Alabama & it took then 12 days to deliver because they went to GA, TN & back to Dallas to finally go to AL. The hats came destroyed by the rain & crushed by other pallets. The refused to pay a penny for our $ 800 claim. THEY ARE THE WORST TRANSPORTATION IN THE INDUSTRY. They had failed us in the past but my new assistant was unaware of their history with us.

Horrible Service.My order was supposed to arrive on August 11th and today is August 31st and my order has still not arrived.Their only excuse is that they called and I did not pick up. I looked back to my call log and there are no calls or voicemails left.I keep getting told it will be one day and that day come and they change the delivery date.They wont even let me pick up my order.

We have a shipment going to Amazon with the incorrect pick up address. Amazon will not let you edit this in their system. I called Central Transport a few different times to ask for them to edit the pick up address in their system. They would not do it. They said that Amazon wouldn’t let them change the pick up address if the new address is not in the same zip code as the old address. This does not make sense. Amazon doesn’t need to know that the pick up address was changed. This should be something that can happen between the carrier and pick up contact. I have contacted other carriers who are happy to help resolve the problem, and change the pick up address, even if the new address is in a different zip code. It’s frustrating that Central Transport chooses not to help. They deliberately make the process more difficult than it should be.

We were using Central transport for years without any problems but this year they messed up 5 contiguous shipments in a row. All the shipments were partial loss. All 5 shipments got broken straps and part of the products are missing. The worst thing is that they don't honor our claims and we are suffering about $5000.00 loss for nothing.
