Stephanie and Freddy are great. They made me feel very welcome when touring the complex. This complex has really worked with me when other apartments wouldn’t give my application any time of day. I’m very grateful for their services. I move in soon and will post an update after a few months. But so far so great , I project this will be a great area. The staff is on top of their game , you can tell they care about their tenants !

Honestly my experience here with Centerpoint was pretty great. Maintenance was always on top of work orders, area was peaceful & quiet. The gate & night people security made me feel secure being at these apartments as well. The gym was also convenient to use, and everything around the property you could tell they always tried keeping clean & in an upheld manner. The only bummer was not being able to try out our fireplace & when the new electric ones were installed there was electrical issues that needed to be fixed continuously so we couldn’t use it either by the time we moved out. Oh & parking was a little crowded especially at night, but overall I liked living here

Older but remodeling as apartments become vacant. Grounds look great.3 pools. Limited and gated parking, so if you don't live here you get towed in the evening so the people that live here can park.
Staff has been very helpful and open about everything. Owner is on site so if you have a problem you don't get the run around of trying to deal with a corporation.
Older air conditioners make a little noise, but not to bad.
that is when I moved in, When I moved out it was because they changed retail agreement when I was still under lease. The person that made the agreement was magically nowhere to be found.
The owner is a lawyer so he can sue with little cost on his part and does so every chance he gets right or wrong.
I paid my rent ahead of schedule and never caused a problem. Renting here was one of the biggest mistakes I have made.
Yes I changed my review after years of being gone. Yes I was evicted. Yes THEY changed the lease during a lease I was under. After year of court battle they won because the owner who is a lawyer could fight past my ability to afford to fight and I just gave up and moved on. Google maps popped up my old review and I realized it was so very wrong and updated it. People can believe me or not. I just know that the fight cost me dearly and still does. And the problem was they changed the agreement during an active lease, but the owner created all the paper trail and had the legal means manipulate and handle the situation beyond my ability to keep up. so right or wrong never was and issue, it was who could afford to go to court.
And no I did not get my credit dinged, what still hurt is the strain the fight put on my family that started a chain of events I am just now getting clear of.

I rented from Centerpoint for my time at a summer internship and the leasing office and staff were great! Kendra and Allison in the office were great help and made my summer living easy!

I moved on property in 2014, I LOVE it here All of the management staff, leasing agents ,maintenance and security are ALL awesome!! You'll love the pools and the state of the art "GYM" facilities here! Great location and quiet comfortable living! - Come on and give the property a visit and/or sign a new lease!! - Zack

My Son leased the apartment I cosigned because he didn't have the what ever they needed long story short 2 days after signing the lease he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer tried to work with the office Dr notes ect disabilities They Basically said oh well All he wanted to do was was get out of his lease I am 67 on ss

Jefferson was incredibly helpful. I was in a bind and needed a place to set up so I could avoid unnecessary hotel fees. He was able to get everything situated for me very quickly. I felt like my needs were prioritized more than any other place I’ve stayed in the past. He was also very accommodating to my walking disability by finding a studio apartment that was on the first floor and close to the laundry room and trash area!
