Amanda went above and beyond to assist me with buying a bag for my girlfriend! She provided me a wealth of information, was attentive, patient, and an overall pleasure to work with! Walked about with a new pair of loafers and soon a bag for my girlfriend! I’d recommend working with Amanda as soon as you get there, she is THE BEST! Overall the store was beautiful, clean, and bright!

I visited this location looking for a tan classic bag and Amanda was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable of the brand, products and even purses designed by previous and current creative directors. I will definitely come back soon!

I should have noted her name and posted it here, but I didn't receive the expected level of customer service and friendliness that would be expected at a Celine store. Salesperson seemed quite annoyed that I was requesting help with a prior purchase on some sunglasses. Mentioned that if they needed to be fixed, it'd be 8-12 weeks and she would have no idea when they would possibly be returned.... really. Seemed like she preferred that I give up rather than ask for assistance. She was arrogant and rude....persons like this should not be in a customer service/customer-facing position.

Don’t be misled by the reviews; I, too, was hesitant after reading them, but I had the complete opposite experience.Everyone was nice and friendly. Amanda is AMAZING! She really goes above and beyond to meet your shopping needs and is super patient while you change your mind 101 times and ask every question under the sun. LolI enjoyed every second of my experience; I didn’t feel rushed or profiled or anything of that matter. They meet you where you are, and I appreciated that the most today. I definitely will be coming here from now on. Thank you, Amanda! ☺️

I tried to not give them this review. Something told me to warn others anyway. CELINE in HPVillage is racist. The woman of Asian descent who is the manager only wants white people shopping there. She followed me around the store even when I was dressed to the 9s carrying YSL and wearing Chloe. Doesn’t matter what you wear, just matters if you’re brown skinned. I told the rep I was shopping for my sisters birthday and received no assistance. She just stared at me while I had to chase someone down to see some purses.
