the owner is very rude! went to look for mini quince dresses and we kept getting followed by her. while talking to other customers in the store, she was listening in on our conversations. it’s very cramped inside. didn’t buy anything due to her attitude. also you’re “not allowed” to talk about other malls while in her store..?

I seen all the bad reviews and was a little concerned, but My experience was great. I found my daughter 15 dress order the size and the color that I needed it. Was told I would receive in 2 weeks, but our dress came in in just 4 days. The lady helping us was really friendly and informative.10/10 recommend.

Absolutely RUDE workers!!! All their items are Overpriced but that’s not the reason I didn’t buy. I didn’t buy because the old Asian lady is horribly rude!

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would! Alterations were HORRIBLE! When asked to fix the dress for the 2nd time, they give us an attitude and said we were being picky and refuse to fix it again. Months before the event, we are left with no dress. Only offered store credit, which is pointless because why would we trust this " business " again! AVOID THIS PLACE!

I ordered Ice blue (bottom)dresses after they told me they could get them in any color I wanted. After getting the dresses they were sky blue (top)(by the way this is not sky blue, looks more like Aqua blue). Called them and she said that ice blue, sky blue, teal blue are all the same in their store. They don't exchange or give refunds so now am stuck with 5 bridesmaids that i cant use with 2 week left to my wedding. very disappointed. If you cannot get what the customer wants, simply tell them that.

They will get dress as promise but do not let them do alterations. Measurements were incorrect patchwork was poorly done. Her dress was hanging by strings
