Play the course today it was OK but we had to play six players was very slow and frustrating. Went into the pro shop to let them know, and all they said was sorry I would not recommend this golf course, because they don't enforce rules and make play enjoyable for all people who pay their money.

The course is in good shape. The greens are rolling good, but there are too many pot marks on the greens that need to be repaired..
This legendary course is the home of the 1927 PGA Championship, a prestigious honor. Designed by A.W. Tillinghast, one of the most prolific architects in the history of golf, Cedar Crest Golf Course continues to be a favorite of Dallas golf enthusiasts. With its rolling terrain, greenside bunkers, and tree-lined fairways, every golfer gets an opportunity to compete, as the champions of 1927 did, for a fraction of a price.
