Unfortunately the lady was extremely rude and short with me - she just yells things at you from the back room. They also got my new linen pillow covered in dark marks from their table and the lady just kept denying that the table was dirty instead of just saying sorry. Very unprofessional sadly.

I'm sure they are a very reputable place, maybe just desensitized to the community, or just having a bad day. Regardless, I got the nastiest condescending look from the desk lady when inquire for a couple of nail heads for a couch I'm restoring. I said my goodbye, but I don't feel like I'm welcomed there though.

They service rendered was of a 0 star rating. They didn't have any fabrics, just colorful plastic materials. I wasn't able to find anything helpful to redo my furniture... luckily I was able to do so at another store with a wider range of options and actual fabrics.

CC Upholstery Supply is a great place to do business with. I do not understand any of their bad reviews they have here. These people have never been nothing but more than polite and gone out of their way to help me with my supplies in re upholstery.

Personally, I had the worst shopping experience of my life. Wokers weren't helpfull and made me feel very unconfortable! They're unethical and ill-mannered. It was a waste of my time and I didn't get what I was needing for my upholstery projects.

Made a purchase to match my clients cowhide rug and these pillows are absolutely stunning, they matched perfect and look great on his chairs. Will have to update picture once work is complete, I will certainly be coming back for more feather inserts as well I have used so many places around Dallas but CC is definitely my favorite their 25/75 feather inserts are perfect! Oh Customer reps were so nice and helpful they have the best patience ever!-Happy CustomerJM Designs

One of the worst services I've ever received. Staff is very rude and unpolite, they treated me poorly and gave me some over the roof prices. If this wasn't the worst part, I didn't even get what I wanted/needed. I didn't find fabrics or leather. I gotta say I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE it was an absolute NIGHTMARE from begging to end. If I could give a negative 5 I would! My real rating for this pathetic excuse of a store is a -5!!

They don't have leather like they told me, just plastics. They don't even have basic fabrics like cotton either and their service is absolutely appalling. I was disrespected and very uncomfortable the whole time, and I didn't find what I was needing for my upholstery shop. I ended up in another store that was huge with lots of inventory, fabrics and tools. There's actually another couple of stores next to it with lots of fabrics for good prices. Some of their fabrics are on clearance too! I suggest to keep looking for another store if you want some good customer service, basic fabrics and good deals.
