There was a young Hispanic man with the fish scale boots that was such a huge help, absolutely incredible employee ? 10 out of 10 customer service. I wish I remembered his name I'm sure the store already knows who I'm talking about. I definitely recommend this location at 2833 LBJ freeway

I absolutely loved my experience here, everyone was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. It is a smaller store but it is fully stocked and is really nice. The staff is very professional.

My visit to this particular store was very disappointing, I went to this store because I was told that it's a good place to shop. I work in a corporate setting, so I had on corporate attire. I was prepared to spend quite a bit, but when I noticed that there was more staff than customers and no one wanted to assist me, I decided that I won't be spending my money here. There loss.

I recently visited Cavender's Boot City, and I had a fantastic experience! The lady assisting me was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I quickly fell in love with a stylish cowboy hat and boots. The overall atmosphere and service at Cavender's made it an awesome shopping destination. Highly recommended!
