We came to this place to help my grandfather with his immigration procedures. The people were very professional and very helpful. It was also very cheap compared to an immigration lawyer. I recommend this place if you need advice for your case.

The Receptionists, both downstairs and upstairs, have terrible customer service, they are always in a bad mood, they never say “good morning” (even though it is 9am) they never answer the calls.I saw that a large lady was complaining that they were not answering her calls and they only told her “when you call, we will answer” she said that she had come from afar.They have the same line for payments and for questions (sometimes people take a while to make appointments and ask questions that another lady can solve and not!) the same line for everything and they get angry if you tell them that you are only going to pay. ??On the other hand, the young man who helped us with our procedures was super friendly (could it be because he wasn't Latino like the receptionists?) I give him a 10/10 Joseph ??
