This place is a straight pig sty. Save your time and money. This place is the equivalent of a Salvation Army, Goodwill or any thrift store. The only difference is this place has Over Priced Junk and no price is consistent! I have given this spot several chance about 15 years ago. It was trash then and hasn’t changed since. I walked away empty handed them and did the same again this Halloween. I wasted 20 minutes on my life. This time meeting the female owner who was extremely Rude and condescending. She told me she was the owner and she put the prices on items. When I told her her wall stayed the price was different she informed me she was the owner and she had final say. I gracefully said very well, keep your item. I found the same item in better quality for $12. vs her $55. overall at Goodwill. I see every year this location puts on a big show to bring people in during Halloween. I was shocked at the level of stinch ? years ago. I walked away. I’ve been thinking to support my local community & giving this location a 2nd chance. Hoping the owner would/ should eventually run out of the old merchandise but No! Seems she continues to collect more of the same low quality items. Stained or Torn, new and old mixed together so the owner can dictate her on the spot pricing at the register. Well, nope! I walked out left her trash there. The service from the owner knowing she has low quality items is atrocious & shameful!! Why?? A mixture of stained new items & old 2nd hand merchandise sold as if it’s New & a collectible item ?! Ur better off going to a Thrift store at least u know going in it’s a 2nd hand store, taking your chances at finding a brand new item with the original tags at a discounted price… that is honored at the register. Save your Time & drive up to Goodwill just 10 minutes from Hampton. Your welcome!!!

When arriving, staff wasn't so nice. There was an older woman who was rude off the bat and giving attitude because we brought our stroller. It smelled awful in there. There are very small walk ways and everyone was all bunched together. We asked about baby costumes and were led to the very back where a nice man helped us a little. The costumes smelled like old used clothes. Some costumes had stain, some had holes. Some were new. I just don't think this store is what you expect and it's very overpriced.

Great customer service! Several representatives helped us find exactly what we needed. Both the costumes and Halloween decorations were awesome!

The people who work here are extremely rude. We went to looking to buy some flowers for mother's day. My sister was about to ask for a bouquet of flowers they had displayed and as she was about to approach the lady she came over and told her not to touch anything if she's not going to buy and then walked off. We looked at each other and left cause that was unnecessary. She didn't even ask if we needed help or anything.

Don't waste your time calling this place for information. I called them about the Michael Myers mask they told me OVER THE PHONE they have a couple of available in the 50$ to $60 range, drove from Pleasant Grove to Oak cliff. I ask the lady "where are your Michael Myers" she looked at me and told me "the whole suit" and I said "no just a mask" she said that we only sell the whole suit we don't have any mask. She could've cared less about it, honestly. Horrible service!
