Do not order online! Twice I've ordered from the Cat Connection and waited weeks without ever receiving my items or even status updates. Regrading my most recent order, when I called I was promised the item(s) would be shipping within a few days. Still nothing. Called again only to be told that they "can't ship what they don't have." Maybe don't list an item as "in stock" if you do not have it. Eventually had to cancel the most recent order. Customer service is awful. Chewy is light years ahead of this place.

We absolutely love the boarding and grooming teams at Cat Connections. They have all gotten to know our cats so well - not only understanding their quirks and anxieties but also making accommodations based on them so our cats are as comfortable as possible. It is really wonderful that they only board cats - no scary dog smells or barking! We love CC! Highly recommend!

Greatest place ever. I’ve been bringing my cat here for probably 5 years. They are like cat whisperers and I know my cat is in the best hands. They do an incredible job, and even have fit in an emergency grooming before for my cat when he had a bad accident. My cat is always happy here & they groom his super thick Siberian hair perfectly each time. I am so thankful for them!

I am not the one for negative reviews unless it's a serious matter. I'm was a new client and will no longer be coming here unless there is some serious changes.Who ever owns this establishment should recheck there cameras if any, to investigate their so called groomers.I do not tolerate abuse of an animal.So be warned...

Wonderful service by cat connection for our two british shorthair male cats with basic service plus tummy shave, all for a reasonable price. The cats good thru this summer and till next summer, as their thick coat at tummy is now gone. Lindsay was really good with her grooming work and made a good effect on the cats. The cats are much happier now. Highly recommend this place if you hold your cats dear and near to yourself.

Not the best photo! But I did ask for this hair cut for my cat cause of this Texas Heat coming up! But wow this place is such a gem! Loved the staff and they did a wonderful job on my cat for such a great price!! Couldn’t recommend more.

Took my ragdoll cat in for grooming. He had alot of hair matting and not the easiest cat to groom, but Desiree did an outstanding job giving him the lion cut (I asked to leave the tail and legs full). He looks so cute and I can tell that he feels much better. She must have all the patience in the world!

Been brining my cat here for a year now and this place is awesome. Reasonable pricing considering everything is pricy now a days. You can also tell my cat feels comfortable here and love that it’s a cat only place so she doesn’t get anxiety from dogs barking, like at other places. They leave my cat Trouble looking nice and clean. Before and after pictures. She has so much hair but they really clean her up nice.

Update: we got a phone call within hours letting us know that the issue was going to be addressed and they were apologetic for the situation. The follow up was incredible. Thank you so much for taking the time to address concerns.The groomer here is great. Best in the area by a long shot. However the front desk always seems to be having a bad day. We drive in from an hour away so making the appointment time right at the exact minute is difficult. We were 10 minutes late the first time by our own fault and were told to be on time next time. Understandable. We have been 10 minutes early every time since and we are scolded by the front desk. But when they kept my cat an hour past their original pick up time I had to just accept it. We wouldn’t mind waiting in the store until her appointment time if they told us to but the front desk always makes us seem like such a burden to them. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable about leaving my cat there if they see us and her as such a burden.

Act like you're happy to see your clients. Act like you like cats-even the ones who are scared because they're out of their comfort zones. Extend courtesy to your clients with a friendly greeting or hold the door open if their hands are full. I've boarded here several times but you never remember my cats. Unfortunately it's like this every time. My cat loves his vet but never seems to like it at Cat Connection. I think I better start listening to my cat.

I brought my cat in to get groomed for the first time (we just moved here and he had been groomed for years before this). He is naturally very docile and all groomers up to the have commented on how gentle and compliant he is with grooming. Cat connection kept him in a room with agitated cats. After two hours of driving, they said he was upset and they wouldn't groom him. I honestly feel like if you have a new cat - don't keep him in a room with agitated cats and expect him to feel safe. Anyway, terrible experience - will never be going back. Hated it.

These people are hands down, bar none, the BEST place to board your cat!!! Amazing, caring staff - excellent facilities - very caring and devoted to giving cats the best possible boarding experience with play options, enclosure size options, and lots of love!!
