After not having good experiences at other pawn shops, these guys were helpful and offered me a deal on a tool, didn’t give me a hard time and pretty good customer service.

Was doing some research around town with local gold buyers like Dallas silver and gold exchange, royal silver and gold. Apparently all three don’t know what they are doing, this pawn shop claims my gold gold coins (which were quoted for 250-300) are fakes be careful with selling/buying gold here other stuff they are good for. Maybe was trying to get me to sell for cheap thinking I didn’t know what I had but whatever the case just be alert (just read some customer reviews seems I’m not the only one concerned on how they treat customers)

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! I sold my Apple Watch not knowing we were still making payments so I called and asked to just pawn it and I would buy it back but he made me wait until it was put up for sale to get it. One of the three managers there told me it would be safe, he wouldn’t charge me interest, and I could come get it in 21 days after I called. So I call, and guess what? MY APPLE WATCH WAS ALREADY SOLD. And they wont do anything to get it back. This place committed a robbery as far as I’m concerned. If you value your things and are in a tight spot, DO NOT GO HERE.

For years I have done business with this pawn shop that was recently bought out by another owner and I am so disgusted with them. We have been loyal to thus shop with our major purchases and also sending people their way. However, my last purchase was a 2013 apple computer that I Purchased for $750. I had it for 45days tops and when it wouldn’t power up I took it to the apple store and had a diagnostic report ran. I learn the ports were broken and the monitor wouldn’t power up. The apple store assured me this wasn’t something that my child messed up. It was defective. The guys assured me they would work with me and of course now the upper management has decided too bad for me and I just wasted my money. Wow just wow it really shouldn’t surprise me given the current climate of our country. Smh I will recover but you have just lost a loyal customer over a few hundred dollars.

Worst experience ever. I was trying to make a pawn for the first time with descently nice electric tools. the lady asked for my ID and typed a bunch of stuff in the computer with it, then gave me my ID back, took my tools in the back of the building where I couldn't see and brought them back and said that they would only buy it for cash for a VERY VERY low dollar. Very shady and unfair pawn shop. Won't be going back

They are currently trying their hardest to keep my Glock .357 I recently allowed my brother to pawn. From the first day I pawned it, I felt like they were going to try to keep it just by them offering more than expected. Today Oct 16, 2020, My brother showed them everything they asked for to get the gun, not to mention countless trips back and forth, and afterwards, they are still not trying to give my firearm to him. Then, had an attitude the whole time. They also wouldn't let me buy it back and it's in my name. I have until the 29th to get it and I am also currently pursuing legal action against them. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Was looking for a .380 to mess around with and teach my girl how to shoot, something I can take to the range and waste ammo with, I looked at a cheap Jimenez when Jesse said "I wouldn't throw this at somebody, this is a gun for morenos" which is referring to African Americans basically saying they only buy cheap s*** which I guess he didn't realize that I am half black lol needless to say I got the same exact gun for a cheaper price down at Regent Pawn. Regardless racism is ugly maybe teach your employees to keep their racial opinions to themselves.
