An employee threatened to harm me and my family... said had my information on file so he knew where I lived... this is very unprofessional and against all policies to use someone's information to harm them.. the manager did nothing very,very very unprofessional... if something happens to me and my family cause they are miss using your information company can be sued...
That man should have lost his job as well as the manager!!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years... never did the other Manger ever act that away... bad for business.!!! The manager there is also allowing people to pawn stuff in other people's names by using their information when they are not there... it had happen to me!!!

I bought a video game from here and it did not work. They wouldn’t authorize a refund. They would not allow an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. They wouldn’t even offer a discount on future purchases. They are solely in the business of selling faulty products, that if you buy and it malfunctions, leave you out of luck (and your hard-earned dollars). If you value your money, avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Decent prices and a wide variety of merchandise. Buy straight out or put on layaway for 10% of total cost of merchandise or $10 whichever is more. DVDs for $1 each and dvd players as low as $10. Amazing.

Bought a microwave and the salesman said i had 30. Days to bring it back now 3 weeks later it's a im sorry he didn't place the warranty on your item your stuck with that. Never buy electronics from this location go to EZ pawn next for better quality items with no scams
