They seriously need to close this location. The products are horrible and the prices are not fair. One overweight employee fella there is so rude and not welcoming. Actually majority of the staff is not pleasant. This place needs to be closed down or re-staffed!!

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PAWN SHOPPE FOR 3 YEARS. RECENTLY, I ASKED MY HUSBAND TO GO THERE AND PAY ON MY LAY-A-WAY. THE LADY HELPING HIM WANTED TO KNOW WHAT 'HE' WAS GOING TO DO ABOUT THE DIAMOND RING THAT WAS PAWNED . HE'S LIKE WHAT RING, I CAME TO PAY ON MY WIFE'S LAY-A-WAY. MY RING, PAWNED UNDER MY NAME. WHY IS SHE PRESSURING HIM? HE TOLD ME NOT TO EVER ASK HIM TO GO IN THERE AGAIN!

I give this a one because that is the least I can give them, if there was less, I would give it a negative. Ashley is rude and does not deserve management position, she treats certain employees very unwell. She has basically called one employee stupid many times. If you want to go here, work with Weylin, he will treat you well and have you taken care of speedily. He is a fantastic worker and deserves a raise in my opinion. What ever you do, do not go to Ashley.

They sent me to go get cash across the street... I came back at 3:57pm which was 10 minutes after I left. The gates was closed and they watched me knock. I never did anything to the lady(the manager) she even knows me from another location where I spent too much money at. Just go somewhere else. Life is 2 short to be around bad energy, especially from a depressed face manager with you have to spend your with. Bless You and may God heal your heart and soul.
