Please DO NOT COME HERE! This place is terrible i feel guilty taking my Dad here.we came in wanting to buy a speaker. We asked to test before buying but they did not have any wires there. They told us that if it did not work, just bring it back and they would give us a refund.We brought it home, tested and it didn’t work. We brought it back within 1 hour and they refused to give us a full refund saying that we must have bought warranty before that. They never told us that the warranty is required for a full refund. They took half of our money so easily and wasted all of our time for nothing. They charged us extra saying that we took a power cable even though it didn’t come with it. They then gathered against me and my Dad. Their attitude changed 180, it was even quite threatening and we knew we got screwed over. Imagine how much money they can make with more broken items. A shop with defective items waiting for innocent people like my Dad to fall into their traps. It’s the holiday and my Dad walked away losing his hard earned money for a broken speaker. He just simply wanted to play some music. I hope no one has to go thru what we went thru much less seeing your parents lose their money but can’t do anything.
