Put something on layaway and lost my job mid way paying it, even though i paid already over half of the total they would not refund any of my money. Maybe it differs from pawn shop to pawn shop but i will never use them again

Absurd staff unknowledgeable about all products in the store!
Rude!
I bought a Television set for my son's gaming.. it didn't work when connected but was promised by a silent rude awkward employee that it would!
Thank goodness I got the warranty.. but when I came to give it back.. the female
employee automatically assumed I wanted to pawn it and told me before even asking how many I help you... " It's too old, we don't take those" !!!
I immediately explained to her that I found that funny because I bought it from them yesterday ! she didn't even apologize for her rudeness and assumption.. she just said " Oh.. it must have came from the other store" ?? how redundant and what does the customer have to do with store discrepancy??
. Ridiculous staff!

They cheat on prices as well I will never step foot in this unprofessional establishment again! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!

Me and my mother bought a ps4 from here, and the moment I hooked it up, it literally malfunctioned, and shut down. Luckily my mom had put insurance on it. Never again cash America.

I am rating this place a 5 star because of MICHAEL! He is patient, friendly and very personable. Understanding interest, and the dates were a bit confusing too me at first, but he took the time to explain it to me and reassured me that my piece was not going to be sold and that I had some time. I appreciate it him so much. He is THE BEST ASSOCIATE!!!!!

If I could give zero stars it would be perfect, unprofessional people use the most outdated and obsolete method supposedly to know if it is gold with a magnet, I took 18k gold that passed the acid test but because it moves a little with the "magne" it doesn't You can buy it, in a few words you don't know about gold, search on Google or read a little because depending on the gold, other metals are used to give it the desired color. That doesn't mean that the piece is fake or slightly impure, put a sign where it says only buy pure gold to see if they can get it these days
