Their staff is the definition of southern hospitality. They are helpful and patience, definitely friendly. They have most of the things you expect a pawn shop to have. Hands down some of the best staff.

Not a huge selection, but it's okay if you are looking for something basic. The customer service has improved tremendously. They no longer treat people based on their obvious judgement of the community it services. The place is cleaner than it used to be. Overall, at this time the attempt to change is noticed.
