Dr. Patel is truly one of the best doctors I have had. Very kind & understanding. His staff is so sweet & welcoming from the moment you step in the door. They have always been able to get me in when I have an emergency and have tremendously helped me with what I have gone in for so far. In need of a doctor? Look no further.

Office is very inconsiderate of patients time. They will schedule you and have you wait in a room for 2 hours before you even talk to a dr so be prepared to take a half day off work or just take off the day. Not worth it.

I had a sore throat for many days and over the counter medicine wasn't helping.The doctor's office opens at 9:30 am I got there at 11.00 am. I was refused service because the doctor was about to leave town so he was only seeing patients who had appoitmnets. Why even bother to open for only an hour and a half if you are in such a hurry to leave.

I love Dr. Patel and his staff. I was first referred to Dr.Patel by a doctor I met at the hospital when I couldn't get my condition under control. The front desk staff is so accommodating and they know me by name! Even over the phone when I call in they know who I am. Dr. Patel is so smart and he listens. I am almost 50 years old and have had so many experiences with different doctors and staff over the years for me and my children...they are the best!.Care 1st Family practice is the best kept secret in Carrollton!

I am posting this review so that hopefully, no one has to experience what I experienced here. I was told that the doctor could diagnose me for ADHD/etc. He isn't a psychiatrist, but he claimed he could still diagnose it. Under my insurance, I had no other option.I had one of the most invalidating, humiliating, and traumatizing experiences of my life. Firstly, there were two nurses present in the room during his questioning ─ I guess they were in training? But for someone who has severe social anxiety, it didn't help at all for this man to be humiliating me in front of two strangers on top of everything. I won't go into detail, but he dismissed all my concerns and said I didn't have anything. He asked nothing about nor listened to what truly matters, and because I was so thoroughly scared and humiliated I couldn't speak up much. He even had to phone his friend about concerns regarding my ADHD medicine...yes, I sat there while he told ANOTHER stranger over phone that he believes I don't have anything as if I am overreacting.His questions were so vague and outdated and he definitely does not know how ADHD and autism occurs differently in young women ─ something he should definitely learn especially in this day and age. I had a full breakdown afterwards.Thankfully, I was able to be successfully diagnosed by a kind female psychiatrist later on. This psychiatrist informed me that I showed definite symptoms of someone who has had to mask for so long that I didn't show the same textbook symptoms of young boys with ADHD (obviously), which the former doctor had been futilely looking for in me. She also diagnosed me with autism spectrum disorder and gave me so much more advice and resources.Long story short: please don't entrust this place with any concerns that aren't strictly medical. He may claim to know, but he does not. I hope no one else is thoroughly humiliated and invalidated like I was. Wishing the best for you lovely people.

I was a patient of Dr. Cherelle Sharda Hill about 2-3 years ago, and she gave me a prescription for a drug that I told her I have taken before and that was ineffective to me. I asked her for a particular drug that I had taken before, and that I knew worked well for me. She refused to give a prescription that I asked for and that I knew from experience worked well for me. It gets even worse. She didn't tell me she gave me a prescription for the ineffective drug. Because I was so ill and she seemed receptive to my suggestion of the effective drug, I didn't even look at the prescription, and when I got to the pharmacy, I saw that she wrote the prescription for the ineffective drug. I have a similar ailment now, and my current situation brings back some very bad memories of her. I am pretty sure she gave me a "prescription" for an over-the-counter drug. When people go to a physician and they ask for help, and they don't get effective help, it really hurts. I still remember years later. I really don't know how anyone with her insensitive attitude can maintain such a false facade of helping people.

I've been seeing Dr. Reagan for a few years and he's great, however; the front office staff is impossible to deal with. If you are lucky enough to get them on the line, you will be put on hold and eventually disconnected. When you try to call back you will be sent directly to voicemail. They eventually will call back around 4-5pm when it's too late to be seen. Happens literally every time. The last time they called me back I was berated that they "were busy" and to stop calling over and over. I had know idea what she was talking about as I only called in once. They had mixed me up with someone else haha, but of course offered no apology. Good Doctor, incompetent office staff with extreme attitude. Will be choosing a different provider.

Doctor Regan is a great physician he takes his time and listens to you. You feel like you really matter and you're not just a number. And his new assistant Trudy is Amazing she goes above and beyond. I highly recommend to every one to see Doctor Regan.

Dr jalal is very sweet and caring. The other staff and nurses, I'm not sure if they hate their jobs or the people/patients.
