“Had a bad experience, Called customer service and explained. Was told I would get a call back from the management team at DFW and did not (that was more than a week ago). Just contacted customer service by chat to ask for an email contact, don't have one (no really that is what I was told). They said if I left a review someone would contact me (one would think they would want the opportunity to resolve the issue before getting a negative review but ok). So here I leave the following review: Deeply disappointed, will not use Alamo or partner companies again for personal or business, recommend you try elsewhere.
Follow up: called customer service again and they were able to resolve issue. Didn't get the call from DFW so the customer service line helped. At the end of the day that is all you can ask for, amending to 4 stars.”
“My experience overall was really good. I made reservations prior to arriving the day I needed to pick up the rental car, so it made the process very simple. I love the customer service, they were so polite & helpful. The only problem I would say I had was the rental car itself. There were no power on the passenger seat, so it would not go down I felt like I was too high up which was a little uncomfortable.”

“This location takes good care of their customers. I requested for pickup & drop off during my services and both times the wait time was less than 5 minutes. The process to retrieve and return the car was also smooth with a quick return rate of executing the services. Lastly the car was clean, smelled good and in top condition.

“This was my first time ever renting a car, nevertheless, with Enterprise, and I was super satisfied! My dad and I walked in without an appointment, and we were greeted and treated so WELL. Orginally, we were going to get a car rental with Budget at Dallas Love Field and that service there was TRASH. So again, I am extremely happy with how our rental came and went. “Got good selction of cars at Hertz. The location was easy to access with shuttles. Just when returned the car, they charged me for 2 gallon fuel when I filled in full just couple of miles before and I was still there and asked the guy who added this charge but he gave some stupid reason and would not listen to us but a employee at desk heard us and removed that charge. So all good in end but unnecessary hassle.”

“I booked this location for a rental vehicle the same day I needed the vehicle. Silas at the location called me very quickly to let me know he would do his best to get me in a rental since it was a same-day booking. He called me back not even 10 minutes later to let me know he had a vehicle for me! When I showed up for the vehicle, Bailey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about adding protections to my rental. Bailey also called me quickly after I returned the vehicle to let me know the status of the account after dropping off the vehicle. I'd rent again from here anytime I need a rental. The customer service is FAST, absolutely top tier service. Thanks guys!”

The staff at the counter (Michael) was helpful in educating me fully about my rental options without trying to pressure me into adding anything I wouldn't need. The car was well kept and clean and instructions and expectations were clear from the beginning. Returning the rental was easy. It might seem complicated to some on where to go, but as long as you're following the Sixt signage to direct you, you won't have a problem!
