“The quality of work done to the vehicle was excellent. I’m talking specifically about the bodywork and the paint job. My car is black and there was dust or some other material all over the car. Now I will admit, I didn’t give them a clean vehicle when I left it. But, when I got it back, I had to have it detailed. There was still debris on the vehicle, Some sort of dust or film all over car and a thick layer of white dust all over the interior. It’s a black car, I’m gonna notice those things. Other than that, the communication was very good.”

“Kirby was such an amazing help to me, and his front desk worker leslie. They were patient, fast, and really empathetic with my situation. They helped me speak with insurance and also let me know details about a rental. They called multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going well, and they fixed my car two days earlier and were willing to let me pick it up when I could, despite it being after hours. Such an amazing repair shop that I would recommend 10x over.”
“Called about a recent backseat window shatter. They answered immediately and gave me a quote. They had something for next day and had a quote fast. They even offered to come to my location and clean up any mess. That's amazing! I set up the appointment with them easily. Half an hour later they said they would actually fit me in same day. I of course accepted. They kept me updated on how long it would be and when they got here. They said 45 mins but they got it done in like 15-20! So fast!
I recommend them! They were very empathetic, communicative, fast, and efficient. Had a good price as I had called other locations.
