The customer service and lack of people working here is not that great experience. They need to hired new people and bring back friendly customer service back. The one in Garland go there they are very fast the bank tellers and more efficient than this obsolete branch.

Last one open writhing 15 miles and they are so lazy with many excuses on how not to help you.I bank with other banks and they at least help and smile when they take your money.This bank customer service is 1/5 stars

Had the worst experience at this bank. I tried to deposit $600 cash in their ATM and it ended up getting stuck and they refused to help me at all. The teller just shrugged her shoulders and told me there was nothing she could do. I ended up having to pry it back out and fortunately was able to get it all back out. I will be switching banks this week. This was the last straw for me.

I have a credit card with them and decided I wanted to change them to my primary bank and open a checking and savings account. Upon entering I was greeted by 3 individuals who were very eager to help. To open both accounts and be on my way was less than 30 minutes. Process was simple and efficient.

Walked in today July 26, 2023. The welcoming lady was sitting in the lobby in her jeans with her leg up while I stood up by the wall waiting. Wait time is 45mins. It wasn’t after 22 mins in that she decided to approach me to make me aware of the same. I swore she was a regular person, considering she sat back down and let me stand by the entrance to be attended. Who does this? Customer Service was oit the window. This is the reason why I close all my accounts. Doesn't matter if in person or on phone, service is the same. Customers now a days are second. @JPMorganChase here I come!

Con artist at this location said there would be no fees on opening a credit card sure enough there fees ....No personal banker to talk too avoid at all cost

Really bad customer service I went to open a business account here it seemed like was no one was available to help me 4 days in a row it's like they don't want to work at all lazy employee This employee named Quinn Nguyen was branch ambassador who didn't bother helping when there was no customer ended up going to chase Bank for new account

Driveway teller Arlene was very rude. I ran to the bank to get change for my job. The teller said I needed my ID to get change. I explained that I left everything on my desk at work and before I could finish explaining she slammed the drawer in my face. I wasn't rude or disrespectful.

Been coming here since 4 days continuously. Every time I come ask for something or the other thing and the last visit horrible because no one wasn’t to works they couldn’t open my account in 40min. And telling me to come back again.

Out of the blue, this bank froze my accounts because I did not answer a survey question. That want me to tell them what my income sources are. I don't want to share this. I'm not applying for credit or a new account. So, now I need to find a new bank. Extortion sums it up.

Do not open a business bank account with Capital One.They shut down my business bank account abruptly (as there was fraud on the account) however gave me no option to open up a new account or get my money out. They advertise zero fraud liability but have still not refunded me for the fraud transactions and are unable to provide me a timeline.They do not have business bankers. The tellers at this location didn't care. They just said scan the QR code for support and the 800 number is unable to help.It took me 4 weeks to open a new account with them and 2 weeks to get my own money out after they shirt down the accounta. For 4 weeks my business not being able to pay vendors or employees.I really would not recommend banking with capital one. They are short staffed and you will get stuck.When things go wrong they will leave you hanging.I called another bank after this happened and the business banker came to my office to get the paperwork signed and opened up an account same day. There is a big difference in the quality of service received.What are you going to do when your business needs a loan? Call the 800 number and hope someone will call you 4 weeks later?
