The ATM outside always having issues can't go inside anymore to the ATM smh most banks that's closed you can slide your card to get access inside because they ATM down I have to pay a fee at another ATM

Ive had my cars financed here, 3 credit cards, checking and savings and my direct deposits for years. Now because of your incompetent off shore call centers I’m done completely with Capital One. When you cost me money to continue banking either you. Im out. Everything has been moved to my credit union. ~OUT!

The incompetence and lack of customer service here is ridiculous. I hope Capital one can find a way to provide better training or find better candidates because interactions like this make me want to switch banks.

They are thieves, I deposited some checks from my work and the largest check was lost and having the receipt and the check in the receipt they did not help me at all and now it turns out that I cannot have my money and they closed my account and they told me They are going to send a check for my money to see when and if they don't rob me, the owner of the company I work for said that they have already cashed the checks that I told her about and she tells them but they don't help at all not even because I have proof of the deposit they say that they were going to investigate their mistakes because I had proof and they didn't even help me

Worst customer service! Shantae was extremely rude and confrontational. They made customers wait while they did nothing. I have never had such a bad experience at a bank in my life. Please make changes with the employees. Especially, Shantae! Shantae is the WORST employee and person EVER! Carolynn the manager shouldn't be a manager. Doesn’t have the proper skills to be a manager. Talked to her friends while laughing on the phone and ignored customers and wouldn't help.
