Opened a checking account and because it came from a prepaid card. I pose a risk to the bank. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Ill gladly take my money elsewhere

I will be closing my account with them. Clerks attain no knowledge of business or common bank practices. I should have never opened an account with them. Going back and sticking to Chase. Hassle free deposits.

Beware if you deposit cash of $1000 or more, they will consider this a “high cash deposit “ and then they will put a hold on all your accounts so you can’t access your money. Then make you call a number that leaves you on hold for hours and then hangs up. I even went into the branch with me still on hold and the manager witnessed the call just hang up on me after hours of being on hold. They had my money on hold for months because I could not get anyone on the line with the number they provided. I wrote to them and threatened a lawsuit if this continued any longer and then the very next day when I called the number someone answered right away. Laughable. They made me answer “verification “ questions and said you’re all good this won’t happen again. Well couple months later same thing happens. Needless to say I no longer bank with them I closed my accounts. They were good until this. I don’t know in what universe 1000$ is a high cash deposit, in the reps exact words were” you know that deposit is kind of up there”. I said my rent is over 3x that what are you talking about. Laughable. The manager at the branch is good though she tried to help. I feel like I’m not the only one that would be uncomfortable with a bank just up and keeping my money from me and dodging my calls. Super sketch.

I needed 3 cashiers checks and went to this branch location to get them. They opened up eight at 9, was the first (and only) customer in the lobby. The teller was very friendly and made sure everything was correct and answered both mine and my wife's questions. I have seen many of the negative comments about this branch in the reviews, but that is not my experience. Great customer service and was quick.

If you can find any other bank do so. Customer service is horrible. Been waiting on a ATM card for a month and it's no issue to them. They don't care. Worst experience ever. Try Chime or some other bank

Tried to deposit cash into my account, I was told that wasn’t possible until I counted every dollar I had even though they had a cash counter right there.. ended up wasting 30 minutes trying to get them to deposit MY MONEY into MY ACCOUNT. What kind of bank doesn’t count cash? What’s the money counter for at that?

Don’t waste your time or money banking with these people. I called to get an answer as to if I will have to come to the bank and pick up my check because I have to close out my account, or will it be sent by mail to me. The lady is asking the same questions over and over and then just to get an answer I have to take a picture of my id while on the phone with them and the camera will not open up and I tried 3 times! First off I didn’t even know they were closing my account until it was closed and that was odd. But to not let me know how to get my money out is just ridiculous!!!!!!!
