Got taken for $2000.00 I was told they would have a lawyer to resolve a apartment claim, that was falsified by management,I was told it was resolved but was denied when I applied for another apartment because the collection was still pending.

My experience with was good with them, they increased my credit score and I am now a homeowner!! But I must admit, it was times when I wanted to give up because of the slow response I would get but I didn't give up. they must realize when people are paying for services they expect to a response in a timely manor and customer service must understand this too...

Had the same experience as a lot of these people saying they asked for a refund and were told that they had already begun work so there would be no refund. They give you 3 days to cancel, which I did-- It happened to be a Friday, I called back that afternoon, left a message, faxed a written statement saying I wanted it cancelled, and emailed them... Saturday I also called and left a message after not hearing back from anyone on Friday. Monday I also called and left yet another message (that would have been my 3 days). Today is Tuesday and I finally reach someone and she says "It's been more than 3 days, you won't get a refund"... I am livid. I argued with her for an hour and then she finally put me through to a supervisor, guess what? It rang twice and disconnected. I called back, they put me through again, supervisor told me the same thing, no refund.

Do not share credit or debit info with them. I authorize them to charge my credit card for just $1.00. They did charge that but without my authorization they enrolled my cc info to identity protect and charge my cc every month for 19.99...such a crap

I still don't have an answer from "Felicia" about returning my money. It's ridiculous that she promised to investigate - after conference calls, emails and faxes and then she falls off the face of the earth. This is poor customer service, poor company and a total rip off. Very upsetting and I will make sure I tap into every social media site to let them know to stay away from this company. I'm still in shock by your lack of professionalism in returning my money.

I received a call and was interested in learning more but felt rushed into their 6 month program. It sounded like a great thing, they were going to help get me in a better place for a home loan eventually but after speaking with them I found a lot of negative reviews and I didn't feel comfortable so the next morning I decided to cancel and submitted the paperwork through the fax they provide, mail and email to the lady I spoke with. I wasn't due to make a payment until the following week so I would assume having not been enrolled a full 24 hours they wouldn't take a payment and cancel it out. I haven't received any acknowledgment of my fax or mailed cancelation so that makes me even more weary of them. The lack of professionalism and follow through on their end has shown me that I made the right decision to cancel.

I am very disappointed and have never been given the run around more. I signed up with Camden thinking I needed help with my credit. I found out like a day or two later that I did not need their services and called to cancel. They were fine to cancel out my account. However, when I said that I would like a refund for the $250 dollars I had already paid they began to give me the run around. They continued to tell me that they had already done work on my account (250 dollars worth of work in 4 days seems a little exaggerated) Anyway the supervisor Felicia, would never talk to me on the phone. She kept making her associates tell me the news when they had no power over the situation. I was strung along for over 2 weeks. I am livid right now and feel disrespected. I understand that they are a business but I worked in Customer service before and would never had treated someone like that. When they say "There's nothing we can do" I know from experience that that is not true. Something can always be done, they just don't want to do anything about it. I am very disappointed and if I ever need anything credit related in the future I will surely not work with them.

These people are scum bags. They will drain your account dry, THIS IS SCAM!! Luckily they didn't get a dime from my mother - as she was on the phone with these losers I looked up "Camden Services" , just as I thought, scam. Please don't contact them for help! Innocent people having their money stolen! My mom had to cut her debit card and change her account # quickly before they drained her account. Thankfully she was lucky.. Everyone needs to be aware.

Had the Dis pleasure of meeting Chuck Cooper a "senior" loan executive. Who has been harassing me ever since I told him I wasn't interested in his "loan program" This company doesn't do loans they harass people about their credit. Chuck was rude, stuck up and talked like he had something shoved you know where. He had no intention of helping me but rather teased me about my credit situation and harassed me many times after I asked him to stop emailing me. BUYER BEWARE!!! do NOT do business here, SCAM
