The staff is very friendly and helpful! The fabrics are absolutely beautiful too! I sewed my own pinch pleated drapes for my living room and dining room. The fabric is beautiful and was so easy to work with. I lined them as well and did all my hems by hand! I’m so proud of them! Thank you Calico Corners for making my dream a reality! Teresa Long

Calico was the 4th place we researched for our custom drapery project. Their warranty set them apart from all the other companies. Then we met our designer Dianne, and her professionalism sealed the deal. The project turned out perfectly and was done to our specifications. Definitely recommend!

We recently visited calico, looking for upholstery fabrics. The employees were welcoming, warm, and attentive. However, we did not find them sufficiently professional. First, they had little knowledge of the differences between various fabrics and their appropriate use in terms of wear or sunlight resistance. Perhaps even worse, they were slow to follow up and confirm our orders. This happened only after multiple reminders.

The two stars is for the nice install guy. The store employees don’t know the products well and my sales person made a mistake in my order-ended up leaving Calico and no one ever cared to call me. I had to call over and over to get an answer. No apologies-just saying it would take 8 more weeks for the part. Of course I had to pay in full for my order on day 1. They are happy they have their money and don’t care about the experience or delivery.

Calico Corners is a great place to get help with your specialized drapes or pillows. Only downside is it just takes so long but everything takes longer these days. Still a great go to for fabric.

I had curtains made and with the help of the decorator - was satisfied. Had pillows made and I didin't like them. The manager told my designer and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it. I spent a lot of money for what I thought was really good quality and they tried to satisfy their customers. I would say Stay Away!!! I live in a new subdivision and I have told everyone there is no customer satisfaction at this store. Carol R

There is a new assistant manager here since I last visited back in 2013 when we bought our previous home. Now we have moved again and I am back in (2021) to reupholster my furniture for our new home. The new assistant manager Amy is fabulous. She is super friendly, personable, gives you time to browse but approaches and asks you how she can help, doesn't ignore you. The service and attitude are worlds away from what I experienced in 2013. It has been a pleasure and they have been very helpful with recommending fabrics and Mike, the installer was also very professional when he came to measure my windows. Fantastic experience all around.

This store is incredibly pretentious over mediocre fabric. I went in looking for drapes for multiple rooms for my home. The man helping me literally walked away to go help another customer w no apologies or acknowledgement of my presence. It was so incredibly rude and I have never experienced anything like it. Their selection is low quality and not elegant. I would not recommend for the customer service alone, but also their low quality selections. There is a fabric store on every corner in this area that have much higher quality selections. Go somewhere who appreciate and value customers.

Not being able to check out fabric samples for Clients because of health concerns/fear of Covid is a big problem!!! Taking business elsewhere. Lets get back to business!
