I bought a van with them a few days ago, unfortunately for me I did not check for something simple that one would expect, such as the vehicle having a spare tire. I made the claim and they told me that just as they acquire the vehicles, they sell them without checking them. After alarming confection not only do I have to get a spare tire on my own I also check the engine oil immediately and bingo! it also needs service. It is not recommended to buy from them. No matter how friendly they may seem at first, it ends with your signature and Down payment.
RUN AWAY!!

Not only was this place really sketchy but we asked to see a commercial truck. They wanted $13,000 for a van and when we went to check it out, none of the doors would open. It was embarrassing to watch the guy throw his body weight at what was clearly a severely dented frame to try and get them open. I can't really say anything about their business practices because we immediately walked away, but the whole experience was strange.

Their vehicles are reasonably priced and run well. Mileage was low on the Cadillac my friend bought. I drove it straight from Dallas to Sherman with no problem.

BUY EXPERIENCE: my buy experience Was VERY easy & smooth. I test drove the car, did the paperwork, got approved for $1,500 down. $347 payments per month. and was out with in a hour. Hour & a Half tops. I walked off the lot wit a 2020 Kia Soul 102,897 miles on it. I LOVED the vehicle.OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH VEHICLE:The vehicle last me EXACTLY 6 months. Within those six months I put a good extra $2,700 into the car paying for repairs. My final & last draw was when the mechanic said I need a new timing belt and the timing belt in that vehicle was located in the engine. Which would have cost me a good 1500-3000 for repair. Depending on what all they had to do to. Gett into the engine to fix timing belt. They were NO help. Stopped answering phone. OVERALL , THEY SELL LEMONS. ??♀️ Period Point Blank ??♀️. I would NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN AND I DOOOO NOTTTTTT ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TOO. They need a lemon law in Texas because the cars they sell should be straight up illegal.

This company is by far the WORST company ever Please don't waste your time going here the Money you spend fixing the vehicle you purchase you could have purchased another vehicle.My husband and I have been making repairs on the vehicle we purchased here since the initial purchase on October 28, 2022.Upon the Initial Purchase of Our 2013 BMW X5 35i we were told the only thing that was wrong with the vehicle was the Manifold Sensor and it was not expensive to repair so we repaired that sensor right away.Due to noticing that the 2013 BMW X5 35i had a warning light informing that the Engine was over heating.We called( BW Auto's )right away advising them of this (BW Auto's) advised that we have a certified mechanic complete a diagnosis for repairs and once that diagnosis was completedwe informed (BW Auto's) that the 2013 BMW X5 35i had $6,860.93 worth of repairs that needed to be done.(BW Auto's) offered us only $350.00 for repairs despite the report from our certified Mechanic with a complete breakdown of all the issues with the 2013 BMW X5 35i. After ( BW Auto's) made that offer We Informed them that we would like to return the vehicle because nothing on the list of repairs for the 2013 BMW X5 35i or any BMW cost $350.00 they then informed that if the vehicle was returned that no down payment would be returned forcing us to have to make the repair cost on top of our car payments.We Got Stuck Fixing major issues on a 2013 BMW X5 35iWater Pump ElectronicEngine Manifold SensorEngine Valve CoverThermostatOil Pan GasketBrake pads /Disc/ Sensors for the Front and BackAlternatorBattery ReplacementPLEASE MARK MY WORDS AND DON'T Shop for a vehicle at this company they buy any car from the Auction which they advised us of later down the line and then sell it to you without making any repairs to the vehicle thats obvious by all the repairs needed for this 2013 BMW X5 35i." Please Don't get yourself trapped like we did."For those of you thinking No way this could be True BW auto's spoke to our mechanic directly at EURO car tech and was emailed the complete diagnostic report.

Had a great experience. I absolutely love my car. They were really helpful in helping me find a car and they were really nice as well. I’d definitely come to this place and if you’re unsure, just atleast give it a shot. Especially the reviews that are seen as bad don’t worry about it. Honestly as long as you’re a good person and good at communicating you will really love having the car. And they are great about working with you as well. Also Adrian was very very helpful and still is, he will help you get a car. But inevitably I think this is something you will not regret.
