I took my PS5 to Irepair. It had a motherboard and hdmi port issue. They knew exactly what to do and told me not to worry, we got you. To my surprise I got a call saying it was ready. I was ecstatic. I thought it would take a couple days. I picked it up and it was running like brand new. Been playing COD ever since.

These people do not know what are doing when it come to Iphone repair. They gave me the run around for 3 days. My phone was not taking a charge when they got done my phone would not turn on got my money back. Now I have got to look for a company to retrieve data. I went to the Desoto Tx. store

I got scam vibes the moment I walked in the store. I should have listened to my intuition. Red flags galore. 1. Told me one price over the phone and much higher $ in person.2. Insisted I give my phone PIN- even though it’s not needed for that type of repair. 3. Said they don’t take credit cards only cards where you Must enter your PIN.4. Said I Must provide a email so they could send receipt- Which they never did.5. Went there for back glass replacement but i suspect they switched my perfectly good front screen for a heavily scratched dull screen.My experience there leads me to believe that they are exceptionally dishonest and they may be harvesting PIN numbers and other sensitive data from customers and secretly switching new parts out and replacing with poorer quality. BEWARE!!! Another poster said they pay for positive reviews. Again. BEWARE!!!

I asked if they could repair my Audiotechnica headphones because there was no sound on one side. They said yes, they could do it. For days, weeks, and months I would call to check in and was always promised a part was on order or coming in; it would just be a few more days. I eventually gave up. To this day, over a year later, I have never received so much as a phone call, let alone my headphones back. I found iRepair a terrible company to deal with and would not recommend them to anyone.
