Did the two class trial David the owner is incredible! As far as this style of workout and facility great price for what you get. Highly recommend trying this if you are looking for a HIIT style workout that is instructor lead. He leads and motivates. Great people in the classes as well seems like a solid community.

Loved it. The class was just what I was looking for. A full body workout packed into 45 minutes. The energy from the instructor, the music, and the facility are fantastic. I am looking forward to the next class!

I have been going to BURN Dallas on Wednesdays consistently for about 3-4 months now so I could get a strength workout in my rotation. David is very friendly, funny, and motivating. Every workout is well thought out and you get a mix of core, cardio, weights (I am always sore for the next few days!). BURN Dallas is very welcoming and classes can be modified for any skill level. I love that there is never the same workout twice and there's different equipment used too (TRX, kettlebells, bike, treadmill, rower, free weights, etc.). Overall I am feeling stronger since I started incorporating BURN into my fitness routine.

Coach Dave is amazing and one of a kind! I appreciate his enthusiasm, energy, and support at every single class. He provides well thought out workouts that are always different. I leave feeling amazing afterwards! It's like having a personal trainer at a lower cost.

Absolutely love Burn! Always a great workout and fantastic atmosphere! David, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute delight. My husband and I both do the class, we're at very different fitness levels and we still equally get so much from each workout. Absolutely recommend for anyone from beginners to athletes!

The session was well planned. Hitting all the major muscle groups and challenging each in a different ways. The instructor, Asantra, was a great communicator and did a great job at breaking down each exercise as well as setting the pace. I would attend one of her sessions again in the near future.

Love going here. Workouts are varied and are fun! Never the same workout twice! You also hit all those small muscle groups easily forgotten in traditional weightlifting.

I certainly felt the burn and questioned if I"m getting enough "burn" back in Chicago. I took 4 classes here during my week in Dallas over Thanksgiving since it was just 1/2 a mile from my in-laws and had stellar Yelp reviews.The classes were easy enough to book via the mind body app. My instructors were David (the owner) and Asantra. Both are a bundle of energy, seem to have created an amazing community of gym rats and will kick your butt. They seem to switch up the exercises daily and it's a great combo of cardio and strength. I felt sore for the first time in months and therefore slightly less guilty about consuming all that Thanksgiving stuffing.The class is set up for circuit training stations. The first day I went was a small class of about 5, but then I had about 15 people in the rest of my classes. I was a little grossed out about sharing stations after others (the pandemic has made me paranoid), but there are plenty of wipes around and everyone did a great job of wiping down their stations before moving on to the next one.I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived in the Dallas area and hope to find a similar spot to "burn" some calories in the Chicago North Shore.

It's been two months at Burn with David and the team. I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. Location, talent, equipment, energy, variation in workouts. I feel like I'm part of a family that congregates every morning before the sun is up. I can tell a big difference in my physique and my energy. Loving being part of this fit family. Thank you, David!
