I called to speak to a manager and the woman who answered hung up on me while I was speaking. I called back and spoke to management and they're incredibly rude and refuses to accept any calls, or provide any information for a callback time. Incredibly unprofessional. 0 stars.

Oh! Burlington, I love the calmness in their stores. Prices are affordable but the queue at some of the branches can be k*lling, they really need to do something about it. But their workers are so respectful. ???

This store is not too busy compared to the one on Mesquite. It’s well organized, clean, and the staff are friendly. Definitely coming back to this one.

Got there 10 minutes before closing time and an employee named Natasha didn't let us in saying they were already closed. I only needed to get one thing and we weren't allowed to go in. That is not right. We just needed one thing..

I have rated this place once. I've only been there once. I'm not sure if I'm going back, if I do I hope the service and the store will be better than the first time I visit? Personnel working the store , did more walking around then having a customer find what they needed! The items in the aisles were not organized right what you say petite and smile you find large and extra large you find stuff on the floor. The extra large has small items I mean it was not organized I'm not sure if it's a new location and they were just getting set up? I have to go back and get better service and attention! Before I recommend to anyone!

I would give it a "0" --Decided to get their store card very recently WITH AN INTEREST RATE OF 29.99%. BURLINGTON'S BANK IS COMENITY. My 1ST bill went to the wrong address and when called, they removed the late fee of $27+. On my 2ND statement I called CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ASKED if I could subtract the late fee from the balance and was told "Yes" and paid supposedly 'IN FULL'. Got my 3rd statement and they ADDED BACK the $27+ late fee and added ANOTHER LATE FEE of $37+ because I made a purchase on the same day that I paid the 2ND invoice. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO ANYONE? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SUCH NONSENSE???!!! So for a $40 purchase I have $64 in late fees. They would now NOT deduct the 1st late fee of $27+ that they added back on SINCE IT WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. IT SHOWS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER -- I cancelled the Burlington store card.Better off using your own cc or paying in cash.

Its a beautiful new store. I was here for the 1st time today. Clean, nice, convenient and has lots of great things. Also prices are very affordable. I understand how hard for this business is to share the same market place with Marshall's and Ross. They still have less customers as Marshall's - it is not right. They really have many things to offer. Visit this store if you are around- you won't regret... I am a devoted customer now.

Nice new store and very clean and organized I like to buy at any local burlington stores they got very good deals and lot's of options to choose from I love the prices on clothes, these place opened last year I think it's pretty clean and organized specially the bathrooms dressers stillclosed, some employees are very nice.
