My husband and I were randomly in the area, so we thought we would stop by to look at some mattresses. We sat outside about 10 minutes before they were supposed to open at 10:30am. I called the phone number listed and a guy answered from his cell phone. He wasn't in the office yet. He asked if we had an appointment. Make sure you call and make an appointment before you show up at this store. I asked him to update their website to show "by appointment only." Also, the entrance is shared with radiator company.

Samantha was fantastic in answering all of my questions and concerns. My husband and I were obviously skeptical of finding such a good deal on a Tempurpedic mattress, but she assured me that they were able to sell them at they price they are, due to minor imperfections, such as a light tear in the plastic bag they come in. Which I could care less about, but if you are buying this a Tempurpedic from a retail supplier such as Mattress Firm, I completely understand that if you are dropping $5K on a mattress, you expect it to be in PERFECT condition. But, if you are like me and would rather buy a mattress over 50% off because you couldn't care less about a minor imperfect, then this is the place to go!Samantha was great at communicating during the entire process, and they were able to deliver from Houston to San Antonio the very next day. They also delivered the mattress within the exact time frame they provided, which I am also grateful for! Too many organizations can't execute their communicated time frames. Additionally, they give a 15 day trial period to return the mattress if you don't like it. All in all, they were cheaper than the other third party dealers I spoke with, and their delivery fee is cheaper than many of the major mattress stores. All in all, we pretty much got the white glove experience without paying the white glove price. Will definitely recommend them if you want a good deal and a great customer experience. I can't speak on their other items such as appliances, but for mattresses I am super impressed.

Was in search of a replacement for our 11 year old memory foam mattress.My wife had told me she wanted a Tempurpedic mattress so I did research on how much they cost and didn't realize how much they cost. Also did some additional research on which bed I wanted and we wanted a King Size Pro Breeze.I went to Facebook marketplace and came across a listing that said they had Tempurpedic mattresses in stock that were 50% off retail price. I messaged the seller immediately and Samantha at Bright Mattress responded relatively quickly.I told Samantha which model I wanted and she quoted me $2395 (retail price at Mattress Firm is $5200). I asked Samantha this sounded to good to be true and asked her why her price was so much lower. She stated that the beds they purchased have minor defects such as the plastic wrapping for the bed is partially ripped or maybe the cover had a slight tear but they had sewed it back to correct it but for my mattress it was in perfect condition (no defects at all). I told her I wanted to proceed.Now they have a physical location in Dallas but they only have a storage unit in Houston. They are looking to expand into the Houston market. Samantha gave me the address and I met them at their unit located near Clear Lake.Before meeting Samantha I told her I wanted to see what a mattress that had "defects" looked like which she gladly agreed to doing. So she showed me a few mattresses which mostly had the plastic partially torn and of course the bed that they had sewed and pointed out the location they had sewed. Now my thinking is she didn't have to tell me about the beds they had sewed and just told me the beds they get have the same defect (the plastic partially torn).She pulled out the mattress that I was interested in buying and I inspected it with a fine tooth comb and it didn't have any plastic torn nor did the cushion on the mattress looked like it had been tampered with.Satisfied and feeling comfortable with the purchase I decided to move forward so I sent the money to her via Venmo. As a gesture of their appreciation they even gave me 2 memory foam pillows.For delivery they said they had a few appointments later that day with the next one being at 1pm (it was 1130am). I told her they had time to deliver the mattress and make it back for their next appointment so they agreed to deliver it for a 35 dollar fee (to cover their gas cost I guess).They delivered the mattress and took our old mattress which they normally don't do according to Samantha.In the future I'll be purchasing all my mattresses from Bright Mattress.
