Kennedy Sweeney was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made shopping for my gown so fun for me and my family!When going through the fitting process, she was there for me at every appointment. She cares so much about her clients and acted as a true advocate between myself and the seamstress to decide on what’s best for the fit of the dress.We had a destination wedding and she had me bring a carry on suitcase to my final appointment so she could roll up my dress and veil for easy travel. We didn’t even know that was possible but her idea made travel so much easier and took an extra layer of stress away from the travel days.I truly cannot recommend her enough - she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you, Kennedy!

Shopping for my wedding dress at Neiman's bridal salon was an incredible experience. It's a beautiful store with a thoughtfully curated collection of stunning gowns, and the customer service is truly top-tier. I worked with Kennedy, who is a gem and helped me find "the one". She put me at ease and knew exactly what to recommend to help me finalize my wedding day vision, and she is so much fun! Our group felt very welcomed and I loved that we could browse through the collection, but still received expert guidance and had her pull a few dresses and accessories that I would have missed. It certainly lived up to the upscale experience I expected from the flagship NM- from the plush showroom to the exemplary staff (as well as the price point, brides shopping here should be prepared to spend $4K+ on a gown).

I had the best experience working with Mela at the Neiman Marcus bridal boutique! She was awesome and so helpful! She made my first wedding dress try on experience the best. I would highly recommend :)

I was so excited to come to Neimans bridal salon as I had only heard amazing things. However, my experience was by far the worst experience I have had while looking for the perfect dress at several boutiques. The bridal consultant felt like she didn’t care at all about what I was looking for, showed minimal willingness to help talk through each dress or assist getting in or out of the dresses. We went to one of the smaller rooms for the experience which had no changing curtain in the room - thank goodness I didn’t have my dad with me as I had to strip in front of the group for each dress. The consultant had no energy or excitement and put a serious damper on what should have been a very exciting experience. Hopefully it was just an off day which is why I didn’t rate one star. I was also very unimpressed with their selection and when I asked if they had a lot more options for the consultant to pull in the back all she said was ‘no.’

I had an excellent experience at the bridal salon at NM in Dallas. The dress selection was extensive and so beautiful. Mallory was extremely knowledgable, helpful and kind, and she had great taste. We also felt safe and respected in regards to pandemic safety measures.

This was by far the best bridal experience I had. I worked with Kennedy and from the time I arrived to the time I left she took care of everything! I didn’t end up getting my dress here but the service was unmatched. All brides should consider coming here and seeing Kennedy!

After going to a few other wedding dress spots in Dallas and feeling defeated, walking into Neimans was a breath of fresh air. Their staff is so professional and every appointment gets their own room with a couch to try on dresses. I found the dress of my dreams that met every expectation I set. Mallory was a great listener and was so easy to work with!

Highly recommend Allyson at the Bridal Salon at Neiman Marcus. She is wonderful to work with and although I ended up choosing a dress from a different shop, she was the best thing that happened to me on my dress shopping day! Also, the dress selection is wonderful!!! Great experience all around!
