Bread Stone Ovens are amazing!! Antoine is very professional and knowledgeable about their product. He took the time to understand our needs and customized a plan to replace our previous oven. Our new Bread Stone Oven has significantly increased our heat up time and cook time. The icing on the cake is the beautiful red penny tiles which turns our oven into a work of art!

Bread Stone Ovens has exceeded my expectations. After years of dreaming, I finally purchased a trailer mounted 1030C oven and the quality of the oven itself and trailer cannot be understated. As someone with six plus years of wood fired pizza experience, I knew that I had to contact Antoine for my mobile oven. The performance has been outstanding. From heat up time, retention, ease of use with the trailer…and I haven’t even had the chance to bake bread in it yet! Highly recommended for any pizzaiolo.

I bought a brick oven from Bread Stone Ovens and have been using it for 1 year now. It is by far the most fun I've ever had cooking and the quality speaks for itself. The brick has more than proved its durability through the thousands of pizzas that have cooked on it. The owner goes above and beyond for any help I might need with the oven and is always just a phone call away with any questions I have. I HIGHLY recommend going to Bread Stone Ovens and talking with Antoine if you are considering getting into a custom built brick oven!

We purchased a pizza oven kit, and we have enjoyed it immensely. We have made pizzas, but we actually use it more to roast meat with lots of smoke. If you are in your forever home, I would highly recommend investing in yourself and purchasing one of these kits! Amazeballs!

We LOVE our Four Grand-Mere mobile wood-fired oven. Antoine and his crew at Bread Stone Oven Co. did a fantastic job on our oven and trailer. We are Cane River Pizza Co. of Louisiana. At each event, we have intrigued patrons ask if they can look inside. We always say yes. We show them the oven and explain that we purchased from Bread Stone in Texas.

My husband built our 1500 B lateral for our restaurant Fire and Frost in Wintergreen, Va. It turned out phenomenally and is a constant conversation starter. He's cooked over 3,500 pizzas in it so far and is just getting started. The oven holds temp over night very well and we look forward to experimenting with baking artisan breads eventually. Antoine was extremely helpful and replied to many inquiries throughout the build. We would absolutely recommend Bread Stone Oven Company to anyone looking for excellent quality and great customer service.

I met Antoine (Bread Stone Ovens) while looking to start a mobile wood-fired pizza business. Antoine was extremely knowledgeable about Four Grand-Mere ovens and really sold me on the more efficient/superior design. The only experience we had was making our own dough for parties at our house. We ordered the trailer, decked out with coolers, oven, prep station, and mixer from Bread Stone Ovens. We also went to pizza school with Antoine and learned more about the "business side" of operating a pizza restaurant. We've been in business a year and a half and the trailer is holding up well! And Antoine has been helpful any time I've reached out with questions or issues.

I considered buying a wood fired oven from a lot of different places, and I'm so glad I went with one from Bread Stone. The ovens are absolute top quality. The owner, Antoine, is fantastic. He knows his stuff, works to find you exactly the right product for your needs, answers questions within minutes during the install process, and just generally supports you every step of the way.
