Update: I'm seeing a lot of new fake 5 star reviews, they only change a few words between one and another, it's all a script.This review was not answered 4 months ago since I wrote it, why is that? The elevators are still not working correctly, only fake 5-star reviews respondThe elevators don't work, I personally have suffered accidents inside them, getting stuck, sudden stops, sudden starts and sudden falls, I'm a strong guy, and that your feet leave the floor for 1 second and fall again, is not much, but there are old people, women, children, who could suffer injuries or fear for life, and the air conditioning does not work, today is the second day in a row that we are working on an oven

Boxer clearly does not care about their tenants. I have addressed a concern of mine several times and unfortunately it still hasn't been addressed. They will most likely respond saying please call us. However, they don't answer the phone. I am just fed up with Boxer.

I am a current Tennant here and I can't wait to get out! I have been a loyal tenant for over 2 years. The management here is changed every month. Their tenant system is always having issues. I would not recommend this office space to anyone.

The most unsafe building I have worked in. They have serious problems with their elevators. One of my employees was stuck in an elevator between floors for three hours. Another woman's head was injured when an elevator suddenly stopped and then jolted to run again. Another man tripped over the ledge as he exited an elevator and fell to the floor. There are always several people waiting to get on an elevator because only one out of four is working... Boxer Property refuses to spend the money to refurbish their elevators despite people getting stuck, getting hurt, and years of myriads of complaints.
