If I could give zero stars I would. This store needs to work on their customer service. I went in looking to buy a phone and the guy Leo seemed like he didn’t even want to do his job. He has the worst customer service and attitude I have ever seen from any boost mobile sales person. He didn’t want to do his job at all, I didn’t have all my information from my other company but he didn’t even bother getting it. he was very rude to the point I went to another store and literally got my sale there the other person called my company and was on the phone getting everything for me to switch, that’s what you do when you work somewhere. YOU DO YOUR JOB. Guess leo didn’t want a sale. Never going here again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING TO THIS BOOST!! A man their by the name of Sha is a liar and a cheat. He told me my phone is new and it has the latest capabilities. That was a lie. It WILL NOT connect to my Google home products. AND he will not allow me to bring phone back and pay the difference for a new one.While I was there he wanted to charge a Boost customer $25 for switching her Boost number to another Boost phone!!! When I spoke with him about it he pretended as though he didnt remember me.BUYER BEWARE // BUYER BEWARETHIS STORE WILL CHEAT YOU!

Will never go to this location again. My father in-law wanted a new phone and within seconds of explaining his situation involving a SIM card, the attendant was being dismissive, condescending, and all around unhelpful. His exact words at one point were "Why are you giving me the phone number for a phone that is out of service??" He just had no real reason for acting this way and seemed as if he didn't want to be bothered to help (we were the only customers in the store at that time). It's a customer service issue...even if what we were wanting done can't be done, there are ways you do and do not talk to a customer. And this person had no concept of being friendly or welcoming. And then proceeded to tell us "I can activate the phone but it needs a SIM card and I don't have that here. You have to go to Sprint Store a few stores down from us." Ludicrous that a phone store would say that they have no SIM cards and go to another establishment to get it. When we told him we will just leave and try somewhere else...he said "Sprint is just like 3 stores down. I mean you can walk there." He totally missed the point and missed the boat.
Will not come here again. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Be warned.
