Horrible service.
They don't tell you things upfront
I bought a cell phone device and was never told about needing to have service with them for a whole year before being able to have my iPhone carrier unlocked.
Store always super hot, and also had trouble when paying for service w them through the phone.
I called she said payment wouldn't go thru, I got to the bank, they tell me payment did go thru, service was activated for about half a day, ND while I was out and about, the service stops working. Next day, I go to the store and he tells me that no payment was made. Very unprofessional and shady!
