It took me a while to decide to switch from Sprint another company. . I wanted to try Boost. I went in , the two girls there were very hesitant to work with me. They said that Sprint may not let them take the line .. I can't use my phone ( Unlocked I-Phone) and a bunch of stuff that I just felt they didn't want to help because it was around 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. We were going to switch 2 lines !!! Anyway , we went to MetroPCS next door and they helped us out. Management should train people that work for them that they are in SALES.
