The customer service it's terrible...the woman who is there has nothing to do with the cells...she has not experienced at all....take foreveeeeeeeeer.... trying to switch my daughter service to them....and then she just said....the phone had a problem....and she was very rude and very unprofessional..... ugly experience...???
