Boost mobile in general is a scam. If you go in store in person, they can't help you. If you call they can't help you and guess what, the IN APP chat for support THEY CANT HELP YOU EITHER. nobody has a clue what's going on in this company or how anything works. Your account will get hacked and again they don't care. They say you can upgrade your phone after being a long time customer but in fact you can not. They want you to pay full price for a 2 year old phone that's already outdated. After 13 years boost mobile can suck my big toe ! Also, hire some employees that speak ENGLISH !!!
