I have had the worst experience of my life with this bank. They don’t do a good job! They try to bring you to your knees and take everything they can from you. If you wish to lose your mind, this is the bank you want to use. For your own good, don’t use them!!!

If you're looking for someone to part the Red Sea again, Toby and his crew (including Margie, his wife who was our realtor) can do it. They are relentless in finding the best rates and saving the client money. Their communication is tremendous, and they follow up on opportunities that will get you a loan to get into the home you want. We literally would not be closing without their help and persistence. We will always be grateful.

My overall experience was positive. The loan officer I worked with professional and respectful. Admin was quickly processed and transparency was readily given throughout the process. I would recommend working with Ariel Carballo with BOE Texas.
