Such a wonderful shopping experience! Big thanks to Gabriel at the Bluemercury Highland Park Village store in Dallas for his exceptional customer service. I live in a city that’s about six hours away from the nearest Bluemercury store, and Gabriel went above and beyond to help me get acquainted with a brand I’ve never been able to try in person. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely willing to help — something that made a real difference!!
His thoughtful guidance and kindness turned what could have been a confusing online shopping experience into a truly positive one. Bluemercury is lucky to have someone like Gabriel representing the brand so well!

Blue Mercury’s team is always spot-on with their amazing service and seriously impressive knowledge of all the brands they carry (and trust me, it’s a LOT of brands lol). Whatever you’re hunting for in beauty, skincare, or fragrance, they’ve got you covered. Huge shoutout to Ashley—she’s a total rockstar, along with the rest of the amazing crew. Bad experience. Felt unwelcome and judgmental from staff ( wish I would have asked for her name). You would think the store that well located in high end area, staffs would be very well trained. No! Not at this one. The greeting we received was one staff that looked at us from head to toes and not even ask if anything she could help. Compares to standard beauty stores, you would get “ how may I help you?” When you first walk in.

I had a disappointing experience with Bluemercury. I initially made a purchase online, but when I tried the makeup, the shade didn’t match my skin tone. I called the store and was told I could come in to exchange it for a different color. When I arrived, the sales associate quietly processed a return instead of an exchange — without explaining anything. She then told me I’d need to repurchase the item once the refund hit my card or use another card to buy it again on the spot. That is not what I was told over the phone. The lack of clear communication and misleading handling of the situation made the experience frustrating. I expected better service from a store known for selling luxury beauty products.

I had to come in to exchange a Sisley foundation and the whole Dallas team were amazing. They were all very kind very knowledgeable and professional. Rosie the Sisley expert gave me the most immersive foundation match. She is definitely a master of her craft. I left with more products and I couldn’t be happier!

Wow. Terrible service. No one tries to help you. No one acknowledges you. Not even a thanks for coming in when you leave. Is there a new manager??? If so, you might want to have a meeting.

I just went to this location today. I was greeted by everyone upon entering and felt super welcomed. Vanessa was incredible in helping me find a great sunscreen and threw in samples for other skin concerns I have. Can’t wait to return!!

Blue Mercury always has very helpful sales associates. I love going to this location to see National Make up artist Nathalie Gil when she visits. She has been with Trish McEvoy for over 25 years. She is exceptional! She always teaches me new make up techniques and makes adjustments in my make up routines that help me look my best. She is never pushy in terms of sales and helps me make the most of what products I have and adding new products when necessary. She has also done my make up for special private events. Blue Mercury is a great place to buy make up and beauty products!
