They sold my mothers friend a fake diamond and now my mother suspects a bracelet she bought from here is fake as well.This business will take advantage of people, if you want to buy jewelry from here make sure you bring someone along who can appraise it for you.The old owner was legit but I believe he passed away , I wouldn’t trust the new management.

I took my necklace here after a link broke to get it repaired. They let me know it would be a week and it came back in exactly a week. The chain looked brand new like it had never even been repaired. They did amazing work. It was very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be bringing anything I have broken back to them. They are also very courteous and nice. Would recommend to anyone.

The older man was very rude. He did not acknowledge me when I went up to him and greeted him. So many other pawn shops on this street. Go to another one!!

The dealers there have no integrity. My husband and I need jewelry repairs.His watches didn't work afterwards. Payed them 15 dollars. I had a necklace i wanted repaired. I asked tje dealer his expertise on the quality and was it worth the repair. I payed 46 dollars and less than a week later it was ruined! INo integrity. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I'm glad I took my watch here after Fast Fix quoted me on a very outrageous price on replacing a battery. This place is honest and fairly priced. Their customer service is outstanding from when I called them until I brought my watch to get serviced. In the time of a pandemic when things are difficult and everyone is going thru hardships, businesses and consumers alike, this local business did not take advantage of me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you very much! I will be sending my family and friends here and I will be back for more jewelry and watch services.

Closes before the time its says just so that they don't have to be there past that time. Won't be doing business there anymore. And they are very rude.

Took my rings in for resizing. Within a couple of hours they called and said they were ready for pickup. Excellent,fast service. Highly recommend. They also fixed a clasp in my necklace

I went in this store about 5:15pm today to have my watch battery replaced and the watch had barely been worn because shortly after I got it the battery went dead. Having them replace the battery the man didn't pay attention to what he was doing and one side of the time piece had popped up while he was inside so when I went home and tried setting the time the button on the side that had popped up was stuck and it wouldn't let me set the time not good. so I call and right away the man that did the replacement started calling me a liar I was shocked by this so I hung up took the back off and he didn't make sure the time piece stayed in place. I put it back in place the proper way and now it works great. I WOUND NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PISS POOR STORE TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED!

We tried pawing a 14k gold onyx ring and they tried screwing us saying it was only 10k. Tried ripping us off but good thing my husband knows about gold.
