I will never refer anyone else here again!! The customer service is horrible. I sent my mom there to get small short box braids & the said 4hrs when she arrived at 1pm. They started on her hair then stopped to do another client who came in after her. My mom did not leave that salon till 8pm. There were 2 people working on her head and it still took them 7hours that’s INSANE!!! They played around the entire time braiding my mom’s hair started and stopped it was true horrible experience. There are plenty of braids who do competitive work & still have great customer service. People pay too much money for this type of inconvenience. Please go somewhere where your money is valued.

I made a appointment which I was charged $240 for a style. The work was good but not even two weeks later my hair was falling out from being braided to tight. I also had 4 braids that fell out within the first week .

I made a last minute on a Sunday and wanted a cornrow updo and wanted a creative style… The stylist(s) were pleasant and gave me exactly what I asked even more! I will definitely be back. Ladies and gentlemen take a chance and give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!

Uhmmm, well someone told me that in order to get great braids in Dallas, you have to go to the hood. So they said head to Big T plaza. It is quite southwest of Dallas center...the drive out is confusing (a lot of construction), long and gets sketchy fast. The mall is very colorful in character and there are a bunch of braiders there. No real negotiating, they all quote exactly the same price and they have poor customer service...but decent braids. Also there is a big hair store there too.

it has really good clothing options for club-baddies, but you may find it for a for a better price on aliexpress or shein. My niece and i went together a couple of times and have been catcalled 3 times each time MINIMUM.

Great Place but it is right in the Heart of South Oak Cliff and that is the Hood so be prepared to take care of yourself but other than that it's a Great spot to shop.
